The Sanda seminar I feel is going quite well and I feel like it is progressing how I had hoped. I also appreciate the help I am getting from the master instructors as it makes it easier for me to progress as they are able to correct groups without me having to break the entire group. I do think that we are getting into more advanced approached to the aspect of Sanda this time which is great.
As far as my injuries go, the shoulder is slightly better but still gets painful sometimes depending on what I do or how I move it. I think this is going to be a long road to recovery. My right hip has been getting tighter and certain stances are causing a lot of pain so I need to see what I can do about this. Open x stances are by far the worse but in a left lead cat, I cannot maintain my balance. I have a follow-up with the physical therapist on Thursday so I will discuss with her.
